Rachael Lampa has seen music industry success since she was 14 years old with her powerhouse vocals and relatable songwriting style. Lampa released her debut album “Live for You” in August 2000. The album became a huge hit, spawning four number one singles and winning a Dove Award for the number one hit "Blessed". In 2010, while on a years-long hiatus from music, Lampa joined her siblings in forming a non profit in Nashville called People Loving Nashville which walks with people who are experiencing homelessness & incarceration. Through this, she was inspired to make music about worth and identity. Now she is back with a #1 single, “Perfectly Loved” a top 5 with “Somebody To You”, “Wild Ones”, “High Hopes” and “For What its Worth”. Her latest release, Superpowers, is an anthem written about her 2 year old son with Down syndrome which has been widely received and celebrated in the disability community. Her full length album, also by the name of “Superpowers” releases in late 2025.

Dallas native Chris August, has been writing and performing for over 20 years. As an artist he has created music that has topped multiple charts and won multiple awards. Songwriting cuts includes Keith Urban’s “God Whispered Your Name”, Pentatonix, Ben Rector, Abbey Cone, Erin Kirby, Hootie and the Blowfish, Ryan Cabrera, Mandisa, Tenille Arts, Meghan Patrick and many others. Chris has had deals with Geffen, Curb/Word, and is currently a writer for BMG Publishing.

For years I was only focusing on my own artist career. Writing, recording, promoting and touring non stop. Around the summer of 2018 I decided I wanted to focus on writing songs for other artists and not be away from home as much. I signed a publishing deal with BMG at the top of 2019 and Cornman/Warner at the top of 2024. I went from playing 150 shows a year to sitting in studios and writer rooms every day just hoping to find the magic in a song.

Each time I would write a song with someone, I would produce/record a demo of it. That has in turn created some really cool production opportunities for me, which has always opened the door for me to mix records as well.

I absolutely love what I do. I can’t imagine a world where I’m not making music. I’m extremely grateful for my team, co-writers and artists that let me get to do it and stretch me to be better.
